John is married to his wife Vikki and they have two adult sons. John received a Masters Degree in Organizational Management in 2004 from the University of Phoenix. He lived in Plumas Lake for seven years (June 2007-May 2014). John has over 15 years working with non profit organizations in various management or leadership roles. John was instrumental in laying all the groundwork for starting the Youth and Family Opportunities Unlocked (YFOU) organization in 2015 and is passionate about seeing it grow and helping more people. Currently, he lives in his hometown of Pasadena, CA and serves as the Executive Director of the YFOU.
Gary Bradford

Gary and his wife Jennifer live in Plumas Lake with their two kids Justin and Megan. In 2016, he was elected to the Yuba County Board of Supervisors to represent the 4th District, which includes Arboga, Beale AFB, Plumas Lake, and Wheatland. Gary graduated from the University of California at Davis in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and has worked on public sector Information Technology projects for over 20 years. He served on the Reclamation District 784 board from 2008 – 2010 and the Olivehurst Public Utility District Board from 2010 – 2016.
Steven H. Brown

Steve Brown is married to his wife Veronica, has six kids, and has lived in Plumas Lake since 2005. He is the Principal of Weimar Hills School in Weimar, CA which is a Placer Hills Union School District 2019 CA Distinguished School. Steve also is currently a college football referee and high school baseball umpire.
Tiffany Trigueiro

Tiffany Trigueiro is married to her husband Daniel and they have two daughters, Addison – 9 and Charlotte – 2. She is the Director of Live Loud NorCal which is the YFOU’s after school performing arts program serving the Plumas Lake community. Tiffany has an Associates degree from the University of Maryland in early childhood development and a Bachelors degree from California State University East Bay in corporate finance. She grew up in the Yuba/Sutter County communities and has lived in Plumas Lake since 2008. Tiffany is very passionate about building programs that benefit these communities.
Michele Perrault

Michele Perrault is married to her husband Marc and they have three children Andrew – 13, Madeleine – 11, and Jacob – 7. Michele is a Director for the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing. Prior to joining the Commission, Michele was the Advocacy and Communications Director for the California State University Chancellor’s office. Michele received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and also holds a multiple subject teaching credential from California State University, Sacramento. Michele is heavily involved in her local community in Plumas Lake which currently includes serving as the Vice President of the Plumas Lake Elementary District Board, the chair of the Yuba County Republican Central Committee, the Committee Chair of the Cub Scouts Pack 513 and as a local Girl Scout Troop leader.
